Ultrasonic flow transducer Landis+Gyr Ultraheat-2WR7 DN65
The ultrasonic flow meter ULTRAHEAT 2WR7 is intended for use as a flow sensor for calculators when accounting for heat or cold consumption. The readings of the flowmeter itself can, if necessary, be taken through the optoport.
The flow meter consists of a flow sensor (all-metal version) and an attached electronic module. These two components are rigidly connected to each other by a cable.
Characteristics:
- Working environment: cold and hot water (not applicable for glycol mixtures)
- Accuracy class (according to DSTU 3339-97): 2
- Protection class: IP54 (IP65 - option)
- Nominal diameters, mm: DN15-DN100
- Nominal flow range Qn, m³/h: 0.6…60
- Minimum flow, Qmin: 0.01*Qn
- Maximum flow, Qmax: 2*Qn
- Maximum medium temperature: 150 °C
- Power supply: 3.6 V lithium battery with a service life of 5 years (standard), 9 years (option)
- Output of accumulated information: via optical interface and via pulse transmitter
- Pulse output cable length: 2 m (can be extended up to 100 m)
- Pulse Output Pulse Width: 10m/s
The main advantages of the flowmeter:
- high accuracy and stability of flow measurement for a long time;
- wide range of flow measurements (1 - 200% of Qn);
- the flowmeter is made of a special alloy resistant to chlorinated water;
- the working part of the flowmeter is made entirely of metal and does not contain rotating parts subject to wear;
- insensitive to contamination due to automatic correction (amplification) of the ultrasonic signal;
- autonomous power supply from a lithium battery 3.6 V;
- the possibility of installing the flowmeter in horizontal, vertical and inclined pipelines;
- the design of the flowmeter does not require the installation of straight (calming) sections;
- archiving of monthly values of instantaneous volume, idle time and maximum consumption within 36 months;
- output of the accumulated information through the optical interface to a computer using the PappaWin light program and by means of a pulse transmitter.
