Grundfos JP Booster self-priming pumping station for water supply
Purpose
The pressure booster set based on JP series centrifugal pumps is an automatic pumping set that switches on and off depending on the liquid pressure with variable water consumption. After the initial filling of the pump with water, it operates in self-priming mode.
Main Applications
- For watering the garden
- For filling and emptying tanks and reservoirs
- For water supply of private houses, etc.

The pump is made of chromium-nickel steel, the ejector/impeller is made of plastic (composite material), the pressure tank diaphragm is made of food grade rubber
Design
The booster set based on centrifugal pumps of the JP series is a fully equipped, ready for connection and operation pumping unit, which includes:
- GRUNDFOS JP self-priming pump, maintenance-free thanks to mechanical shaft seal and squirrel-cage drive motor;
- membrane pressure tank to limit the cycles of repeated-short-term switching on of the pump with little water intake or leaks in the system;
- pressure switch, pressure gauge, as well as cable and plug with earth contact

Long service life due to the use of a rigid die-cast aluminum intermediate housing.
