• Pumped liquid temperature range:

1. standard version (with BQ1EGG-WA mechanical seal and EPDM O-ring) -25 to +120 °C
2. versions on request (depending on mechanical seal and ring) -20* or -25 to +120 or +140 °C.

• Maximum working pressure:

1. standard version (with mechanical seal BQ1EGG-WA) 16 bar at 90° C and 10 bar at 120° C
2. versions on request (with other mechanical seals) 16 bar at 120° C and 14.9 bar at 140° C

ELECTRIC MOTOR

• Asynchronous with squirrel-cage rotor, closed design, with external ventilation.
• 4-pole model range.
• Degree of protection IP55 as motor (EN 60034-5), IPX5 as electric pump (EN 60529).
• Efficiency level IE3 (three-phase 0.75-375 kW).
• Insulation class 155 (F).
• Standard voltage:

1. 3 x 220-240 / 380-415 V 50 Hz for power up to 3 kW.
2. 3 x 380-415 / 660-690 V 50 Hz for power over 3 kW.

Structural features

The Lowara e-LNE pumps are single impeller centrifugal pumps with in-line nozzles. The e-LNE series pumps are designed to allow the removal of the motor and impeller without removing the casing from the piping system.
As standard, the pump housing is made of cast iron; the standard material of the impeller is also cast iron, but it is possible to manufacture the impeller in bronze or stainless steel.
The pumps are equipped with replaceable mechanical seals and IE3 efficiency class motors and are available in the following designs:

• Monoblock. Monoblock design with the impeller mounted on an extended motor shaft.
• With adapter. The pump is connected to the motor by means of an adapter and a rigid coupling mounted on the free end of the standard motor shaft.
