Circulation pump for heating system Wilo TOP-S (coupling)

Wilo TOP-S circulation pumps circulate water in heating, hot water and floor heating systems. Wilo TOP-S circulation pumps are quite compact and lightweight, installed directly on the pipeline and operate almost silently. Suitable for systems of almost all private houses, not easy to install and have a long service life. The installation of the electronic high-efficiency pump Wilo TOP-S saves up to 90% of energy compared to an unregulated circulation pump. If you use the Wilo TOP-S pump in the hot water supply system, then the energy savings compared to standard circulation pumps will be 80%. Pumps of this line are designed for installation in private houses and cottages.

Equipment and functions of Wilo TOP-S circulation pumps:

  • Manual power adjustment with 3 speed settings
  • Wilo TOP-S EM pumps with single-phase motor:
  1. P 2 up to 90 W: Integrated winding protection against overheating
  2. P 2 = 180 W: Complete motor protection by winding safety contact in combination with tripping device
  • Wilo TOP-S DM pumps with three-phase motor:
  1. P 2 up to 90 W: Integrated winding protection against overheating
  2. P 2 ≥ 180 W: Complete motor protection with integrated electronic tripping system
  3. Connection to a 3-phase 230 V mains supply with optional switching plug
  • Wilo TOP-S pump housing coated with cataphoretic varnish (KTL) for optimum corrosion protection
  • Combination flange PN 6/PN 10 (for DN 40 – DN 65)
  • Thermal insulation for use in heating systems
  • Additional functions with the upgradeable protection module C
  1. Fault signaling SSM as potential-free break contact;
  2. Operating status signaling SBM as potential-free NO contact
  3. Control input "Off" by priority" with an external potential-free contact (NC contact)
  4. Blockage detection
  5. Complete motor protection with built-in shutdown device
  6. Fault acknowledgment
  7. Wilo double pump control system (two pumps installed in parallel): Master/standby operating mode (automatic pump changeover on fault/timer)
