Membrane tanks Zilmet Hydro-Pro are designed to work with drinking and technical water in hot domestic water supply systems, water heaters, pumps in booster systems to prevent water hammer. Manufactured from carbon steel, internally MIG welded to avoid any damage to the diaphragm, even under extremely harsh operating conditions.

A special high-strength internal coating of the Zilmet Hydro-Pro membrane tank with epoxy powder to prevent corrosion and an external coating with epoxy paint ensure high reliability.

Description of the membrane tank:

• Designed to compensate for volumetric changes in sanitary water due to temperature changes, as well as to compensate for water hammer in water supply systems.
• Vertical or horizontal execution.
• Body made of carbon steel.
• Exclusive internal coating that guarantees protection against corrosion and does not promote the growth of bacteria.
• Fixed butyl membrane (for potable/non-potable water).
• Outer coating of the Zilmet Hydro-Pro tank made of polyester, which prevents the formation of rust.
• The color is blue.
• Zilmet Hydro-Pro tanks with a volume of 50 liters or more are equipped with a stand for floor installation.

Working parameters:

• The working pressure of the Zilmet Hydro-Pro tank is maximum 10.0 bar.
• Operating temperature in the system: minimum -10ºC, maximum +99ºC.
• Operating temperature in the membrane tank: minimum -10ºC, maximum +70ºC.
