APPLICATION:

Industrial hot water boilers "KV" with a capacity of 0.25 to 2.0 MW are designed to heat water with a temperature of up to 115 ° ^C. These boilers are designed to operate on natural gas, liquefied gas and diesel fuel. The front cover of the hot water boiler on which the burner is installed has a solid structure and is filled with heat-resistant concrete using heat-insulating materials from leading European manufacturers, which made it possible to achieve reliable operation and a surface temperature of no more than 55 ° C. ^The cover opens without much effort for inspection and cleaning of the boiler .

Hot water boilers KV are delivered to the Customer in a complete set with attachments. Hot water boilers KV are suitable for replacing KSVa hot water boilers and VK hot water boilers that are outdated in design and reliability, and when building new boiler houses they can be a worthy competitor to imported hot water boilers not only in price, but also in quality and reliability.

CONTENTS OF DELIVERY:

The scope of delivery of the KV boiler includes:

• shut-off and control valves "Zetkama" (Poland);
• safety valves "Ari-Armaturen" (Germany);
• burner device "Weishaupt" (Germany) or "CibItalUnigas" (Italy) with a block of electromagnetic gas valves, gas pressure sensors, air pressure sensors;
• microprocessor automation "Alfa-M" (Ukraine);
• instrumentation and auxiliary equipment for installation, which makes it possible to connect the boiler to the heating system without additional costs.

The capacity of hot water boilers KV is controlled automatically from 30 to 100% depending on the temperature of the heat carrier in the supply pipe after the boiler. In accordance with all applicable Rules and Regulations, burner and boiler automatics are provided with all necessary protections. Boiler and burner automation can be connected to an outdoor temperature sensor for automatic control of the boiler output in case of changing weather conditions.
