Controller for individual heating and hot water Honeywell Smile SDC3-10N
Smile SDC controllers are designed to control heating and hot water systems with one or more boilers (SDC mode) or district heating system heat exchangers (DHC mode). All controllers are equipped with a large, backlit LCD display that provides easy-to-read system parameters. Convenient intuitive controller interface now supports Russian. The buttons for quick access to setting the main parameters, operating modes, indoor air temperature and hot water temperature in the boiler are placed on the front panel.
Principle of operation:
Heating and DHW circuits are controlled independently, 7-day time programs offer up to 2 comfort and 3 economy periods per day. For each heating circuit, you can set an individual temperature-time program, taking into account weather compensation or taking into account maintaining a constant temperature of the heat carrier in the circuit. This feature will allow the use of two circuits in one heating zone. For example, one circuit is used for underfloor heating with a constant flow temperature, and the other for radiator heating, taking into account weather compensation.
Controller Features:
- Convenient and intuitive operation with the controller is ensured by a spacious 3-line LCD display with backlight, a rotary push button and main quick access buttons placed on the front panel;
- The controller menu supports Russian;
- Different access levels to the settings (User menu, Service Engineer menu) provide protection against unauthorized changes;
- Remote change of operating modes and settings when using SDW10, SDW20 or SDW30 room modules;
- Up to 15 vacation periods (school holidays, weekends, etc.) can be programmed both in advance and after the onset;
- Special energy-saving modes: Permanent economy, Absence, Vacation, Off, help save heating costs;
- Support for the OpenTherm protocol when controlling boilers;
- Frost protection;
- Legionella protection (for DHW systems);
- Protection of valves and pumps from sticking.
- The function of setting time schedules for circuits operating with a constant temperature (pools, heated floors) has been added in order to reduce energy costs, for example, at night, when the circuit is not in use.
- Added two hydraulic schemes 0406 and 0407 with support for solid fuel boilers.
- Added support for TF22 wall modules , which are made in the style of the RF20 sensor and are equipped, in addition to the built-in temperature sensor, with a tuning wheel and an operating mode switch (Economy-Auto-Comfort). To connect one such module, two free inputs must be used.
- Added the function of manually setting the outdoor temperature. The function is designed to test the behavior of the controller during system startup. When the parameter value is changed, the controller will start using this outside air value instead of the one measured by the connected sensor and at this point, it is possible to check the operation of the controller's weather-dependent functions, such as frost protection. After 20 minutes, the controller will automatically return to work on the actually connected outdoor sensor.
