Details
Flanged shut-off valve ARI-FABA-Plus DN15 - DN300 (bellows) PN16
Are intended for application as shutoff valves in industrial pipeline systems. The bellows seal of the valve stem completely isolates the stem and gland assembly from the process medium. This is especially important for applications with high temperature (steam, thermal oil), explosive and toxic media.
Main technical data:
- Nominal diameters: DN 15 – 300.
- Nominal pressure: 16 bar.
- Maximum operating temperature: +300 ˚С.
- Closure tightness class: 1 according to DIN 3230-3 (no leakage at all).
- Mounting position: arbitrary.
- Connection: flanged
Design features:
- Increased reliability of the bellows design due to the bellows being welded to the stem (rather than the plug), which eliminates the direct transmission of valve vibration to the bellows.
- Double layer stainless steel bellows. The valve also has a stuffing box for increased reliability.
- The valve with a conical seating surface ensures that dirt and build-up are cut off when it is closed.
- The new, optimized body bonnet yoke design provides heat dissipation, easy mounting of limit switches, and reduces overall valve weight.
