Butterfly valves Brandoni are used on pipelines with pressure up to PN16, mainly as shutoff valves.

Areas of use:

Water supply, heating, fire extinguishing systems, general industrial use.

Peculiarities:

• Ductile iron body with corrosion-resistant epoxy coating.
• Easy to disassemble compact design with low metal consumption.
• Disc-shaft connection by means of splines is detachable, which ensures the greatest reliability and strength of the structure in comparison with all other types of detachable connections. It can be used in cases where the valve is designed for a large number of open/closed cycles.
• Careful processing of the disk edges protects the seat from rapid wear due to friction during closing.
• Solid shaft on three Teflon (PTFE) supports, which reduces the torque during closing.
• The shaft has a non-pressure-knockout design, which prevents leakage of the working medium in the event of an accident.
• The absence of a hole in the lower part of the body makes it impossible for the working medium to leak when the seat loses its tightness.
• Guide eyes for bolts - oval, universal for connection between flanges PN 10/16, ANSI 150.
• Thickened shaft sealing seats reliably protect it and its supports from the impact of the working environment.
• Connecting flange for drive according to ISO 5211.
