Anti-vibration insert rubber flange VITECH DN100

Anti-vibration inserts (compensators) "VITECH" are installed in pipeline systems of technological lines of units, pumps and are designed to reduce pipeline stresses by suppressing vibrations and compensating for displacements.

Scope of flange compensators:

to compensate for the linear expansion of the pipe, lateral displacements, displacements associated with ground and foundation vibrations, angular failures, as well as to absorb water hammer, pressure vibration isolation and vibrations from pumps.

Environment of application of VITECH rubber flange compensators:

hot water, drinking water, air, gaseous substances (NBR), condensates.

Not applicable: mineral oils, aromatic hydrocarbons.

• T min = -10 ºC
• T max = +110 ºC
• P max = 16 bar
